Classes are from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.   You may choose to attend in person, or virtually. We ask that you choose one method of attendance for the entire tier.  If the number of in-person attendees falls below five, we will move all classes to virtual delivery.  For course descriptions, click on the course name below.
